We seek professionals with with a wide experience in people management in different areas of Human Resources, with experience in multinational companies or national SME’s.
Professionals with a business view, clear orientation to the intern client and results achievement. They also need to have solving capacity and strong communication skills, as well as team work ability.
For our branches Smart Executive y Smart Selection, we are looking for research and consultants with expertise in seeking and selecting managers, middle managers and technical profiles.
We need consultants with experience in recruitment through headhunting or even through job portals. They also should have experience in conducting personal interviews, participating in Assessments and skill interviews, as well as making personal reports.
We need professional with high education (Psychology, Business Administration, Law, etc) with a fluent English level and with Microsoft Office.
We require proactive, dynamic, adaptable and flexible people, open to change, used to work by objectives and speed.
For all our branches we look for Key Account Managers specialized in service sales in the HR area.
We need Key Account Managers with experience in consulting sales performing a consultant role or counselling clients in the projects development. Experience in market prospection and client acquisition is required, with interlocutors such as CEO’s, HR Managers or Owners. It is also required experience in commercial proposals elaboration and negotiation.
These professionals will represent the Smart Group in events, forums and other activities. We need organized professionals, responsible, with high communication and negotiation skills.
